Together, the Team Reps are responsible for the administration and organizational aspects of the swim team - recruiting the coaches, organizing the meets, recruiting volunteers, interfacing with the other teams, serving as liasons with MCSL and PASL, and doing many of the other "behind the scenes" functions that make Swim Team work.
